- Make an Offer Sight Unseen - Yes, I know this sounds crazy, but with the correct contract structure and a virtual showing, you can do this and still have the flexibility to exit if you are not happy with the property and/or inspections. - Make Your Offer as Clean as possible - The offer presentation needs to be good to compete with multiple offers. I like to ask for customary closing costs, normal time lines, and very little write in language.
