With his extensive knowledge of the 30-A real estate market, Clayton helped us define the true value of the property we had in our sights.  Within 5 hours of initially contacting him and discussing our interest in a certain property, we received an email from him which contained extensive videos and pictures of the subject property. We had an executed purchase agreement contract in place within 2 days after negotiations with the sellers had begun.  Not only did he help expedite the negotiation process, but his team at Mainsail Realty also helped set up all the property inspections, and provided us a list of qualified and vetted mortgage brokers and insurance agents who helped make our closing seamless and as worry free as possible.  As luck would have it,  we were fortunate enough to be able close within 21 days after the sales contract was initiated, and Clayton was the first person to greet us at closing with a wonderful wine & cheese gift basket so we could celebrate on our first evening at our new vacation home in style.  It truly was a pleasure to be able to work with such good person who always had our best interest in mind, and we look forward to working with him on our next home and seeing him along the beaches of 30-A well into the future.

I would highly recommend Clayton and Mainsail Realty if you are looking to purchase a home or condo. By far the best realtor I have ever used. He has a great laid back personality but don't let that fool you. Clayton is very knowledgeable, walked us through ever step in the process and has a good support staff.

Clayton Bonjean is a an outstanding real estate professional. We purchased our first home in Miramar Beach from Clayton in 2014. We flew in from out of State and he worked with us for several days until we found the perfect home for us. Clayton knows the market really well, but more important, Clayton is a great listener and did a great job of finding exactly what we wanted. After Hurricane Michael, Clayton told us he would check on our home in Sandestin, because we were worried about it from thousands of miles away. We didn't ask him to, but Clayton made a video of our home so we could see that it was ok. Who does that? Clayton, that's who. After 5 years our needs changed and we contacted Clayton to sell our home. This time we were on the other side of the table, asking him to find a buyer for us. Clayton went the extra mile several times. He met with the Sandestin Owners Association to solve a problem for us. He worked with two contractors for us, and checked their work since we were out of town. When things did not go the way we had hoped in one instance, he met with the contractor and made sure the work was done correctly. Then he found a buyer for our home and was able to get a great price for it. After selling our home, we flew in again to look at another home, and Clayton was able to find us a new build home in Watersound Origins that once again we are in love with. We cannot say enough about Clayton Bonjean and his organization Mainsail Realty. His assistant Ginny is very efficient, helping us at every point in the contract process to know what we need to do next. One thing I have learned over the years of buying and selling real estate is that the amount of money you pay for just about every real estate agent is pretty much the same, but the quality of the agents vary greatly.
